The Forest is a planned senior living neighborhood in Wake County, North Carolina, by Senior Fluent, created with the belief that senior living should feel personal, peaceful and full of belonging.

Our Vision
Five single-story homes, each with six private suites around inviting spaces for meals, conversation and everyday life. Covered porches, walking paths, a landscaped pond and a shared clubhouse invite residents to enjoy nature, spend time with neighbors and build meaningful connections.

Rooted in Family
Created by Blake and Helen Koenekamp, The Forest grows from their love of family, community and compassionate care. Through Senior Fluent's experience in residential senior care, they've seen how much it means for residents to feel truly known, and for families to feel confident their loved ones are in caring hands.
