This Privacy Policy explains how Senior Fluent DBA Maple ("Senior Fluent," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.seniorfluent.com (the "Site"). Senior Fluent operates The Maple by Senior Fluent, a family care home in Zebulon, North Carolina.

When you fill out a form on the Site or use our website chat, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, your relationship to a current or future resident, what you're interested in (for example, The Maple, consulting or updates about The Forest), and your message.

Please don't send medical information. Our forms and chat aren't meant for health details such as diagnoses, medications or medical history. Please share care needs with us by phone or in person instead.
